Not a problem at all! Plenty of participants are novice sailors, including members of the winning crew. The boats are professionally skippered, and you’ll be guided through everything that you need to do to have a fun and safe day out on the water.

The dinners on Wednesday and Thursday night are optional, however once boats depart from the marina they do not come back to shore until the end of the day.

No specialist equipment is needed, though you are advised to come dressed for the conditions on the day. A list of recommended kit will be sent to participants as part of the briefing pack in advance of the Regatta.
